TLF Series Streering Unit
The TLF Series steering units are high-performance, load-sensing hydraulic steering valves available in three displacements (640ml/r, 800ml/r, 1000ml/r). These units are suitable for a wide range of applications in construction, industrial, and agricultural machinery, offering variable displacement and high pressure capabilities.
The TLF Series comprises three models: TLF-E640, TLF-E800, and TLF-E1000, each with varying displacement and flow rates. These coaxial flow amplifier steering valves, along with their load-sensing counterpart, offer flexible and efficient steering solutions. Key features include a maximum input pressure of 16 MPa, a maximum continuous back pressure of 1.6 MPa, and a maximum speed of 60 rpm. Steering torque is ≤5 N·m. These units are designed for interchangeable use in load-sensing systems provided the displacement matches. The TLF Series' steering displacement adapts to the input speed of the steering wheel.
